I sort of liked her? I just thought it would've been better for her to be honest with Alden about the situation right from the start. Alden doesn't notice the subterfuge and is actually charmed by his fiancée ( Bea)'s proper manners, her beautiful smile and her gentleness.īea was the organized and proper twin sister. She never wanted to marry the prince and when comes the time for her to meet him in person, she doesn't show up, which leaves Beatrice, her twin sister, no choice but to pretend to be Olympia. While it's not as dirty as many of Cassie Mint's other books, there's a playfulness that makes an appearance a couple of times that really starts the mind to burn a bit. This is a cute story and it reads easily.
